Pregnancy Chiropractic in Fresno

A Different Kind of Pregnancy Experience
Pregnancy changes more than your body.
You begin paying attention differently. Sleeping differently. Thinking differently. Even ordinary moments start to feel more meaningful.
And through all of it, your body is adapting constantly to support the life growing inside you.
Dr. Claudia Anrig has cared for expectant mothers for decades. Many women first arrive looking for greater comfort during pregnancy. But what they often discover is something more reassuring than that: support, understanding, and a place where they can finally exhale a little.
Preparing the Environment
Some women begin care after learning they’re pregnant. Others start long before.
Dr. Anrig often encourages women to begin the conversation six months to a year before trying to conceive. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating the healthiest possible environment for both mother and baby as the body prepares for pregnancy.
Physical stress. Emotional stress. The demands of everyday life. They all shape how the body functions and adapts.
Care during this season is gentle, specific, and always adapted to where you are in your pregnancy.
The Webster Technique
Dr. Anrig is trained and experienced in the Webster Technique, a chiropractic protocol focused on evaluating sacral subluxation patterns during pregnancy.
When the pelvis is balanced and surrounding ligaments can relax appropriately, it creates more opportunity for comfort, ease of movement, and ideal positioning for the baby.
Over time, Dr. Anrig also developed the Advanced Webster Technique, later approved by Dr. Webster himself, to help address in utero constraint patterns including breech, brow, facial, and transverse presentations.

What Mothers Often Notice
Women who receive regular chiropractic care during pregnancy frequently tell us they simply feel better than they expected to.
More comfortable. More rested. Better able to move through the changes happening week by week.
Some report less lower back and pelvic discomfort. Better sleep. More energy. A smoother labor and delivery experience.
Not promises. Just patterns we’ve heard repeated over many years.
Enough that many mothers eventually bring their daughters here when it becomes their turn.
Care That Meets You Where You Are
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for.
Sometimes it helps simply to sit down, have a conversation, and feel heard by someone who has walked alongside thousands of women during this season of life.
If you’re preparing for pregnancy or already expecting, Dr. Anrig would welcome the opportunity to meet you.
